As a result of the rapid economic growth and a hectic lifestyle, Hong Kong's traditional home cooking is disappearing. To honor local home cooking, and to give older people in Hong Kong a chance to socialize and be productive, we created Popo's Kitchen. 

Popo (婆婆) is an affectionate way to call an older woman in Cantonese. Certainly they're the best guardians of Hong Kong traditional cuisine.
